As a Telecaller at Pixinate, you will be the voice of our company, connecting with prospective clients and customers to inform them about our services, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support. You’ll play an essential role in building relationships and fostering interest in our offerings.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outgoing calls to potential clients to introduce our services, answer questions, and address any initial inquiries.
Lead Generation: Identify and nurture leads, record customer information, and track progress in our CRM system.
Customer Engagement: Maintain a positive and friendly tone while speaking with customers, providing helpful information and assistance.
Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to customers, addressing their needs and ensuring they have a seamless experience.
Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our services and customer satisfaction.
Maintain Records: Accurately update and maintain call logs, customer data, and communication records.
Target Achievement: Work towards achieving call and conversion targets, helping to grow our customer base and reach new clients.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice.
Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to keep detailed and accurate records.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
