As a Business Development Executive at Pixinate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our agency’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our customer base. Your goal will be to connect with potential clients, understand their digital marketing needs, and propose tailored solutions that highlight Pixinate’s expertise and services.

Responsibilities:
Identify New Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to identify and target potential business opportunities.
Client Outreach: Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, effectively communicating Pixinate’s value proposition.
Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to convey solutions that address clients’ marketing objectives.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and a deep understanding of their evolving needs.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and operations, to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with agency capabilities.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, keeping accurate records of prospects, leads, and deal stages.
Market Feedback: Provide feedback from the market to internal teams, helping shape service offerings and improve the overall customer experience.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to Pixinate’s growth goals.

Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and close deals.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess potential business opportunities and market trends.
Highly self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Team-oriented mindset, with a drive to collaborate across departments and deliver outstanding client experiences.
