Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Pixinate, you will lead and drive creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring every deliverable meets high standards and aligns with brand objectives. You’ll be at the forefront of design innovation, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to develop compelling visuals that effectively communicate brand messages.

Responsibilities:
Lead Creative Projects: Spearhead design projects, including brand identity creation, marketing materials, digital assets, and packaging, delivering visually compelling results that exceed client expectations.
Conceptualize & Design: Generate impactful designs that convey brand messages and captivate target audiences across diverse platforms.
Client Collaboration: Work with clients and account managers to interpret project requirements, present design concepts, and provide expert recommendations.
Mentor & Guide: Provide mentorship to junior designers, fostering skill development through constructive feedback, industry insights, and best practices.
Stay Innovative: Keep current with design trends and technologies, continuously integrating new methods to enhance creative output.
Efficient Project Management: Juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.
Maintain Brand Integrity: Uphold brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all design projects, ensuring alignment with brand values and identity.
Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with external vendors and printers to manage the production of design materials as needed.

Requirements:
Proven graphic design experience, demonstrated through a portfolio of impactful work across print and digital media.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with expertise in both digital and print design.
Strong conceptual skills and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating ideas into engaging visuals.
Excellent communication skills for effectively presenting ideas to clients and team members.
Leadership experience, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach to mentorship.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 4 years in a graphic design role, with a track record of growth and achievement.
Experience in an agency or studio environment is a plus.
