As a Social Media Manager at Pixinate, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing strategies to boost our brand visibility, engage our target audiences, and drive growth. You’ll shape our social media presence across multiple platforms, creating meaningful connections and maximizing brand impact.

Responsibilities:
Develop & Implement Strategies: Craft and execute comprehensive social media strategies to meet company objectives, such as enhancing brand awareness, boosting engagement, and driving conversions.
Content Creation & Management: Design and produce engaging content for a range of platforms, including:Facebook
Instagram
Twitter
LinkedIn
YouTube
Pinterest
Channel Management: Oversee content scheduling, community engagement, and real-time performance tracking across all social channels.
Trend Monitoring: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and applications, integrating innovative ideas to enhance our social presence.
Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media aligns with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular insights and reports to management to identify growth opportunities.
Stay Industry-Savvy: Remain up-to-date with social media and digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Influencer & Partner Relations: Develop and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and key industry stakeholders to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a track record of managing and growing social media channels successfully.
In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to craft innovative campaigns and content.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for maintaining brand voice and consistency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
